Barry is one of Caulders Directors and is a brilliant expert on all things to do with plants
Every week Barry picks a plant that he wants to show off. Week commencing 26/02/24 is:
Daphne ‘Perfume Princess’ is a compact evergreen shrub that produces clusters of light-pink, highly scented flowers that generally cover the full length of the plant’s stems.
This is the most prolific of all Daphne’s and has the largest flowers of any plant in the species. Due to its compact and slow-growing habit, this stunning plant does well in a container of border front.
Make sure and place it somewhere you can enjoy the day’s unmistakable sweet scent that only a Daphne can give! 🌸
