Caulders Garden Centre at Loch Lomond is looking for a full time Kitchen Manager to join the team
What You’ll Do:
· Ensuring high quality cooking and presentation of our homemade food following family recipes
· Ensuring a clean and safe working environment at all times by following all relevant health and safety procedures
· Contributing to creation of menus that reflect customer preferences, seasonal ingredients, and dietary requirements
· Managing kitchen staff, including cooks and kitchen assistants, and ensuring everyone follows the established best practise
· Supporting and encouraging all colleagues’ training, both on our in-house system and on-the-job
· Ensuring that the kitchen follow all health and safety regulations, including food safety standards, allergens cleanliness, and hygiene procedures
· Keeping up to date with relevant training
· Managing team rotas and confirming timesheets through our clocking in/out app
What You’ll Need:
· Previous supervisory/management experience within a kitchen
· Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
· A flexible approach to work, including weekend availability
· Ideally your own transport, as there are limited public transport links to our Loch Lomond Centre

· Pay: Negotiable / dependant upon experience
· Shifts: Full time including weekend shifts.
