Vinca ‘Ralph Shugert’ commonly known as Periwinkle is a brilliant ground covering, evergreen shrub.
The foliage is a max of variegated silver and green leaves. It produces large lilac flowers that blanket the whole plant. It is a tough and reliable shrub that generally does well in any condition and needs very little maintenance.🌿
