Are you passionate about creating delicious homemade food? We’re looking for an enthusiastic and reliable Chef / Cook to join our restaurant team at Caulders Garden Centre, Cupar.
Working as part of our busy kitchen team, you’ll prepare and cook our homemade dishes using trusted family recipes, helping deliver the high-quality food and welcoming experience our customers know and love.
What You’ll Be Doing
- Preparing and cooking our homemade food using trusted family recipes
- Ensuring every dish is presented to a consistently high standard
- Assisting with the preparation of daily specials and seasonal dishes
- Supporting the smooth day-to-day running of the kitchen
- Maintaining high standards of food safety, cleanliness and kitchen organisation
- Following all health & safety, allergen and hygiene procedures
- Working closely with the wider kitchen team to ensure efficient service
- Supporting stock rotation and helping minimise waste
- Maintaining a clean, organised and well-stocked kitchen
What We’re Looking For
- Previous experience working within a busy kitchen or hospitality environment
- A passion for producing high-quality homemade food
- The ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
- A positive attitude and willingness to work as part of a team
- Good knowledge of food hygiene and health & safety standards
- Excellent communication and organisational skills
- Flexibility to work weekends and busy seasonal periods
- Ideally your own transport, as public transport links to our Cupar centre are limited

Details
Location: Eden Valley Business Park, Cupar KY15 4RB
Hours: Full Time, including regular weekend working.
Pay: Competitive hourly rate, depending on experience.
