As part of our Garden Centre team, you’ll help create a welcoming shopping experience for our customers while maintaining the high standards Caulders is known for.

What You’ll Be Doing

• Welcoming customers and providing excellent customer service.
• Assisting customers with product enquiries and purchases.
• Caring for and watering plants.
• Replenishing stock and creating attractive product displays.
• Pricing and merchandising products throughout the garden centre.
• Operating the tills and processing cash and card payments.
• Helping keep the garden centre clean, tidy and well presented.
• Supporting with seasonal changes and promotions.
• Working closely with the wider team to ensure the smooth running of the centre.

What We’re Looking For

• Previous retail or customer service experience is preferred but not essential.
• An interest in gardening or horticulture would be an advantage.
• A positive, friendly and approachable attitude.
• Excellent communication and customer service skills.
• The ability to work well as part of a team.
• A willingness to learn and work in a busy environment.
• Flexibility to work weekends as part of your regular shift pattern.

Hours: Full Time & Part Time positions available, including regular weekend working.

Pay: National Minimum Wage (dependent on age and experience).
