These posts may well suit school, college or even University leavers keen to succeed in retail management or have a great love of horticulture and want to earn whilst they learn.
the role of Garden Centre Manager
Duties wll include – care, display and maintenance of plants, learning about gardening sundries, delivering excellent customer service and working with other team members – in short learning all aspects of running a garden centre
These are challenging and rewarding roles where you will be expected to work long and hard hours, (including weekends) however the long term benefits will be well worth it.
We will also be delighted to meet with parents of any school leavers and put their mind at ease once any positions is offered.
