Each booking can include a maximum of 4 adults and 4 children. For larger groups, please contact us before booking so we can help arrange your visit.

All bookings must be paid in advance. Tickets are non-transferable, and we are unable to amend the date or time once a booking has been made.
Bookings cancelled by customers are non-refundable. Refunds will not be offered for missed visits, including where late arrival means you miss your booked slot.
Your selected time is the start of a 15-minute slot shared by up to three families. Each family meets Santa separately, so you may need to wait around 10 minutes before your visit.
Management reserves the right to refuse admission where reasonably necessary, including for health and safety reasons.
Santa’s Grotto is open on Monday 21st, Tuesday 22nd and Wednesday 23rd December 2026.
