To book, select the number of people attending, then choose your date and entry time below. Please include children under 1 by selecting a free ticket.
Entry times are available every five minutes, with up to four family bookings per entry time. Each booking can include a maximum of 10 people, including adults, children and babies.
Your selected time is your entry time, rather than the length of your visit. All visitors must finish their visit by 6.30pm, so please choose an earlier entry time to allow plenty of time to enjoy the lights.
Your ticket includes the Illuminated Walkway only. Soft Play and Santa’s Grotto must be paid for separately.
The Dino Park is closed for daytime visits during the winter season and opens on these evenings for the Illuminated Walkway.

Bring your emailed ticket or booking confirmation with you, either on your phone or as a printed copy.
The Illuminated Walkway is outdoors, so please wrap up warm and wear suitable footwear.
Please arrive ready for your booked entry time. The Walkway closes at 6.30pm, so allow enough time to enjoy your visit before closing.
If you’re running late, we’ll do our best to help, but entry cannot be guaranteed if you miss your slot.

All bookings must be paid in advance. Tickets are non-transferable, and we are unable to amend the date or time once a booking has been made.
Bookings cancelled by customers are non-refundable. Refunds will not be offered for missed visits, including where late arrival means you miss your booked slot.
If we cancel your booked visit, you will be offered an alternative date where available or a refund. Your statutory rights are unaffected.
Children must be accompanied and supervised by a responsible adult throughout their visit.
