Do you enjoy working with people and providing great customer service? We’re looking for friendly, enthusiastic and reliable Front of House / Waiting Staff to join our restaurant team at Caulders Garden Centre, Cupar.

Whether you’re looking for a full-time or part-time position, we’d love to hear from you. As part of our team, you’ll play an important role in creating a warm and welcoming experience for every customer, whether they’re popping in for a coffee, breakfast or lunch.

What You’ll Be Doing

• Welcoming customers with a friendly smile.
• Taking food and drink orders efficiently.
• Preparing and serving a range of teas, coffees and other drinks.
• Serving freshly prepared food to our customers.
• Processing customer payments.
• Keeping the restaurant clean, tidy and well presented.
• Working closely with the kitchen and front of house team to deliver excellent service.
• Helping create a relaxed and enjoyable dining experience for every guest.

What We’re Looking For

• Previous experience in a customer-facing or hospitality role is preferred but not essential.
• A positive, friendly and approachable attitude.
• Excellent communication and customer service skills.
• The ability to work well as part of a team.
• A willingness to learn and work in a busy environment.
• Flexibility to work weekends and busy seasonal periods.

Job Type: Full Time or Part Time
Pay: Competitive hourly rate, up to £12.75 per hour (depending on age and experience).
Hours: Flexible hours available, including regular weekend working.
